Product development is based on long-term experience and customer feedback that Ouman has been collecting for over 20 years. Ouman EH-800 is suited for houses with a central water heating system. The source of heat can be anything; oil, electric, wood pellets, sun, distric heating, etc. The thermostat saves energy and improves your quality of living. The energy save is based on the thermostat adjusting the temperature of the water in the heating system to correspond with the actual need. One degree change in room temperature represents a change of circa 5% in energy consumption. Ouman EH-800 has a new type of a control algorithm that can calculate the delays caused by wall and floor structures even better than before. By using this device it is possible to attain a steadier room temperature in changing weather conditions. Houses that have floor heating benefit especially from this new control algorithm. A GSM modem, which can be connected to the thermostat, enables controlling the heating with text messages.
